I personally can't stand workout DVDs, however, as the colder months approach, I am aware that it becomes harder and harder to get yourself motivated to hit the gym! Don't be tempted to skip your workout- try a DVD instead! Some people really love them and they are effective...I just get bored easily = ) Maybe I will come out with one for you some day but in the meantime, here are some top-rated Workout DVDs!

Get Ripped & Chiseled with Jari Love
(60 minutes; $14.99, razordigitalent.com)
Estimated Calories Burned: 450
What You'll Need: 10-pound dumbbells
Why We Love It: With barely any rest and tons of reps, your heart rate is soaring the entire time.
Tester Says: "I worked harder than I could on my own."
Of course, there are the newer P90X and Insanity DVDs as well which I highly recommend with intermediate use. I don't believe it's necessary or realistic to workout for 90 days straight nor do I think it's sustainable. I've known several people who have found success with these workouts for a "jump-start program" but then they got burned out and quit (or injured). The workouts are GREAT but don't feel the need to follow the schedule 100% of the time. A few of these workouts a week in conjunction with a few jogs outside or gym visits is much more sustainable!
ENJOY!
